FX360 Golf Performance Assessment

Understand Your Swing. Improve Your Game.

IN EVANS, GA

Most golfers spend years working on their swing without ever truly understanding what their body is doing during the swing itself. The FX360 Golf Performance Assessment combines advanced technology, golf-specific movement screening, and performance testing to give you objective answers and a clear plan for improvement.

Every assessment begins with LiDAR motion capture technology, creating a three-dimensional model of your golf swing. This allows us to evaluate movement patterns, sequencing, rotational mechanics, velocity, and other key performance characteristics that influence consistency, distance, and efficiency.

In addition to swing analysis, we perform a comprehensive movement assessment using LiDAR technology and the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Movement Screen. Used by thousands of golf professionals worldwide, the TPI screen is considered the gold standard for identifying movement limitations that may affect swing mechanics and performance.

Your assessment also includes peak power testing and a comprehensive physical performance evaluation to assess mobility, stability, strength, balance, and coordination.

Once testing is complete, all findings are reviewed and combined into an individualized performance plan. You will leave with a clear understanding of how your body influences your swing and exactly what areas should be addressed to improve performance.

Assessment is only the beginning. Our Golf Performance Training Program is designed to improve the physical qualities that support a more efficient and repeatable golf swing.

Using the information gathered during your assessment, we build an individualized training plan focused on mobility, stability, strength, power, and movement efficiency. Whether your goal is increased distance, improved consistency, reduced pain, or enhanced performance, our coaching team provides a structured roadmap to help you get there.

10-WEEK BIOMECHANICS CORRECTION PROGRAM

For golfers seeking a more comprehensive solution, our 10-Week Biomechanics Correction Program combines corrective exercise, mobility training, strength development, and golf-specific coaching into a structured performance program.

The goal is simple: improve the physical foundation behind your swing so performance gains can be achieved and maintained long term.
